Whilst the site is situated in the heart of the Kent countryside, it is ideally located to provide easy access to the national rail network. primary school, a butchers, convenience store and 2 pubs.

Pluckley station is located opposite the entrance into the development and provides direct train services to Ashford in approximately 6 minutes and London Charring Cross in one hour. Alternatively, the high-speed rail service is easily accessed via Ashford with a travel time of just 36 minutes to London St Pancras station.

Pluckley is a typical chocolate-box village, featuring a church, a “Good” primary school, a butchers, convenience store and 2 pubs.

Otium Lake is located about a mile south of the village centre roughly equidistant between Pluckley and the picturesque villages of Bethersden and Smarden. Opposite the entrance to the development lies the Dering Arms – a fantastic local pub serving fine wines, ales and a delicious assortment of fine food.

The centre of Pluckley is also renowned as being one of the most haunted villages in the UK and supposedly is home to 12 ghosts! Several TV and radio shows have been recorded here as a result and the village becomes very popular with visitors around Halloween!
