As part of The Hibau Interview process we invest in Insights Discovery® with Jack Russell Coaching it is possibly one of the most useful tools Hibau has given to our team. Insights explores our future employees’ personal style, communication style strengths, weaknesses, and values that a team member can bring to our Hibau Family. 

It looks at how Team Hibau like to be managed and how they like to manage in the workplace. It shows us in detail at how we communicate as individuals and how best we can communicate with each other to achieve optimum results for the team and our clients. In our sites and offices, Insights used every day to better ourselves and our projects.

In June ‘21 Team Hibau took our team discovery a stage further and invested in all staff by taking them to a Jack Russell 5-day Retreat on Dartmoor at Princes Hall,  where we experienced Professional Personal Development Coaching, Outdoor Adventure and Relaxation. 

We came back to Site and HQ as a united and inspired team with a deeper understanding of ourselves and the ability to communicate effectively. 

We delved deep into our Discovery Full Circle ® and learnt how better to harness our positive attitudes, gain better Self -Belief and Confidence both at home and at work. 

We learnt emotional intelligence, polished communication skills and a mechanism to manage our emotions whilst enjoying nature and challenging outdoor activities such as abseiling, orienteering, and swimming in the river. 

We found that we were a truly caring, respectful team,  who support one another, who are ingenious, determined and take pride in their work using fresh ideas and years of experience.
